Young Kings Recharge In Partnership with E-Community Outreach and ATAP

Young Kings Recharge is a dynamic wellness experience designed specifically for young male youth and athletes ages 10–18. This event focuses on supporting both mental and physical well-being by helping participants recharge their minds, recover their bodies, and level up their overall performance and lifestyle.

The event will take place on June 13th from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Arts & Technology Academy of Pontiac, located at 888 Enterprise Dr, Pontiac, MI 48341. It offers a safe, engaging, and empowering environment where young men can grow, connect, and develop essential life skills.

Participants will experience a variety of activities including recovery massage and athlete stretch sessions, yoga and mindfulness training, fun games and team-building activities, mentorship and leadership circles, and hygiene, skincare, and self-care education. The event also promotes brotherhood, positive energy, and community, with food provided.

Supported by the OST Grant, and in partnership with E-Community Outreach and the Arts & Technology Academy of Pontiac, this experience aims to uplift and inspire young men through wellness, mentorship, and personal development. Spots are limited, encouraging early participation.

1. Release of Liability
I, the undersigned parent/guardian, give permission for my child to participate in the Young King Recharge in partnership with, E-Community Outreach, and Arts and Technology Academy of Pontiac (ATAP).

I understand that participation in program activities, including but not limited to coding sessions, wellness activities, group discussions, and related events, involves some level of risk. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child’s participation.

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Young Kings Recharge, E-Community Outreach, ATAP, their staff, volunteers, partners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising out of or related to my child’s participation in this program.

2. Medical Authorization

In the event of an emergency, I authorize program staff to obtain necessary medical treatment for my child. I understand that every effort will be made to contact me prior to any treatment.

3. Media Release (Photography & Video)

I grant permission to Young Kings Recharge in partnership with E-Community Outreach and Arts and Technology Academy of Pontiac (ATAP)/OST Program and/or otherwise capture my child’s participation in program activities.

I understand that these images and recordings may be used for promotional, educational, and outreach purposes, including but not limited to:

Social media platforms
Printed materials
Presentations
Publications

I acknowledge that such media may be used outside of the school district and may be shared publicly without further notice or compensation.
